a sunny space

The other night as we were watching "Vertigo" (a very good Hitchcock, although not my favorite) I couldn't help but notice how utterly fantastic this apartment is. Are you seeing that black antler festooned with a lacy whatnot? Heaven help me. I also died a little over the lamp, the yellow director's chair, and the art hanging above the couch.

This is just the kind of room where I can easily imagine myself sketching up a storm. The sunlight, space, and punches of color would leave me feeling more than inspired.

p.s. Be sure to check out our giveaway!

  2. I wish I'd had your keen eye when I was writing a paper on Vertigo a few years ago. I think Midge's apartment could have made some great points.

Poor Midge. I guess she had great taste in decor, poor taste in men.

You've left an unanswered question: what is your favorite Hitchcock?
