I was awfully negligent due to recent changes in my life, so here is the catch up of our weekly pics.

what a gift

My ever so talented friend Julie made the most amazing wedding sign in book for us-I nearly cried when I first saw it. (ok, and every time I look through it even now...) I gave her some vintage paper and music that I had lying around, and she used some of my great-grandmothers vintage lace for the cover.
I couldn't love it more. nope. Thanks friend.

Here is a teaser of our reception pictures. I say teaser, but I really mean I don't have it in me to put up the rest. Perhaps after a full nights sleep, and some hearty sleeping in to boot, I will muster up the strength. (Seriously, don't I make lazy sound so glamorous?)

We went to Gearhart, Oregon for our honeymoon. We didn't realize that honeymoon translated means "get your sanity back". Oh, we got it back, and then some. What pleased us most about where we went was that every town had a candy store, and every candy store was rife with black licorice. Also pleasing was the Sasquatch paraphernalia everywhere, we even ate at Big Foot Pub and Grill. Yes. Mostly we just kept saying, "our life is amazing". We are still saying it.

No fanks

I miss hanging out with this little lady, since the wedding is over I don't see her nearly as much. At this particular moment we were discussing where Tinkerbell might be up there in that vast sky-she had some pretty good ideas. Throughout all the wedding planning I think little Savvy had it the hardest, thank heavens we had Nephi to keep her company. Pretty sure she knows how to build a boat now, or at least where to go for instructions.

Matt and I are still waiting for carpet so that we can begin to make this little apartment of ours more cozy-hopefully only one more week! Living out of boxes tends to make one lose many things and we have got our eyes open for a few lost gems. On a completely unrelated note we have treated ourselves by buying the first two seasons of the Muppets and we couldn't be more pleased.
