my people

I stayed up waaay too late tonight (ahem, this morning) watching old family movies of my granddad's. We just had them converted from 8mm film and we are pretty sure no one has seen them for at least 30 years. I watched young aunts, young uncles, and young grandparents, probably about the age I am at now. Aren't they all so adorable? My heart just melts seeing my granddad snuggling his little baby.

(from top to bottom: granddad, grandmother, uncle burk, uncle neil, uncle alan, uncle neil, aunt leah, my mom)

  2. Wow! When I saw these i thought they were still's from an old film or tv series. What a wonderful thing to have. Liking your Aunt's overalls and the 1970s fashions.

  4. 2 people at work today told me that they thought I was you. Funny how we never got that when you were here. Maybe we all miss you and people are hoping to see you... you should come back :)
