grand display





There is nothing I love more than a good display and I would say this cute little parisian shop takes the cake. I love the use of repetition and unexpected items (topless baby doll heads anyone?).

    Wow, it's a visual overload but really organic and seems to tell a story. Can you buy the pieces there or is it an installation?

    i have been there! it's at the HUGE flea market in paris and it is really quite amazing in real life. and you can buy the goodies, if you are into buying doll heads/limbs/torsos and tiny scissors. (which i am, sometimes.)

    also, the antique machinist lamps are probably my favorite part. they're also much cheaper there than they are in the states.
